SMS Terms

1. Program Description

PT Salon may send text messages related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment updates or reschedules, and customer-care replies related to PT Salon services.

PT Salon may also send optional promotional and loyalty text messages to clients who separately opt in to the marketing SMS program. Promotional and loyalty messages may include limited-time service offers, seasonal promotions, birthday or loyalty rewards, and win-back offers for PT Salon services.

2. Consent and Opt-In

You may opt in by visiting https://ptsalon.com/sms-opt-in, entering your mobile phone number, and checking the SMS consent checkbox. The SMS consent checkbox is separate from other requests and is unchecked by default.

You may opt in to promotional and loyalty messages by visiting https://ptsalon.com/sms-marketing-opt-in, entering your mobile phone number, and checking the marketing SMS consent checkbox. The marketing SMS checkbox is separate from appointment and customer-care consent and is unchecked by default.

The opt-in language identifies PT Salon, describes the applicable messaging program, and includes required disclosures.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from PT Salon.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and customer-care activity. Messages may be sent when you request, book, change, confirm, or approach an appointment, or when PT Salon replies to your customer-care request.

Promotional and loyalty message frequency is up to 4 messages per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Opt Out

You can opt out of PT Salon text messages at any time by replying STOP to any PT Salon text message. You may also contact us through the support options below.

After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive additional text messages from PT Salon unless you opt in again.

7. Delivery Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, and phone settings.

No mobile opt-in data or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or messaging consent data with lead generators or unrelated third parties.
